WASHINGTON, D.C. - Yesterday, Congressman Mark Upson (PA-21) introduced the Rural Healthcare Access Act, bipartisan legislation to improve healthcare access in rural Pennsylvania communities.
"Too many Pennsylvanians in rural communities face significant challenges accessing quality healthcare," said Congressman Upson. "This legislation will help address the shortage of healthcare providers in rural areas and ensure that all Pennsylvanians can receive the care they need, regardless of where they live."
