Rep. Mark Upson
Congressman Mark Upson proudly represents Pennsylvania's 21st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Mark has deep roots in the community he now serves.
Before being elected to Congress, Mark worked as a small business owner and community advocate. His experience running a family manufacturing business gave him firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing Pennsylvania's workers and entrepreneurs.
In Congress, Mark is focused on creating economic opportunities for his constituents, improving infrastructure, expanding access to healthcare in rural communities, and supporting Pennsylvania's manufacturing sector.
Mark serves on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he advocates for investments in Pennsylvania's roads, bridges, and public transit systems. He also serves on the Small Business Committee, where he works to support entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses.
Mark lives in Pittsburgh with his wife Sarah and their two children. When not working for his constituents, he enjoys hiking in Pennsylvania's state parks and attending Pittsburgh Steelers games.
